After using our Pro Personal and Pro Equine Massage Systems we received the following letter from Deborah Hall, Manager at the Chigwell Riding Trust for Special Needs. "I am just writing to thank you for introducing me to the Cyclo-ssage Massage System. Prior to using it on our riders I first used my staff and family as guinea pigs. The feedback I got was very positive from all of them and I know when I had finished using it I felt as if my joints had been WD40’d!" "With the help of our physio we hand picked half a dozen riders who we felt would benefit from this system. I can say without a shadow of a doubt it surpassed any expectation I had. Comments from various riders included a celebral palsy boy who uses crutched stood up after his session and started walking with his crutches saying, “oh my legs feel so light, this must be what it’s like to be a normal person”. Also a twelve year-old girl with lymphatic problems stood up after her session and said, “oh I am feeling parts of my feet I didn’t know I had”, she then went and rode and said she felt more relaxed. A third rider, another young lady also with celebral palsy, finished her session she walked over to stroke the dog lying on the floor and mothers reaction was “well, she has never been able to bend over, maintaining her balance like that before”. Needless to say the parents of all these children are more than impressed." "With regards to the horse rug, this too is proving very beneficial. Our horses are amazing, more often than not they have to tolerate unbalanced and uncoordinated riders – this can only put more strain on them. When we first used the rug on Woody he seemed to be grinning from ear to ear. Following the use of the rug his stride had lengthened, he was so much more relaxed and just seemed a much happier person. For the hard work that our horses do, if this is a way of extending their work and making their lives more pleasurable, it can only be a bonus." "In the right hands with the required guidelines, I feel that both systems, whether it is for riders or horses; will be of tremendous benefit. As I said before, I can’t thank you enough and I am sure our paths will cross in the future." |
