Pro Personal Massage System Set up instructions

Unpack both boxes carefully. We suggest if possible that you retain the flat pack boxes in the unlikely event that the massage system has to be returned to Cyclo-ssage Ltd under warranty.

Lay the system on a flat surface. The system can be placed on an existing bed, on a massage table or on the floor.

Assembly
Using the set up diagram as an aid place in position the following numbered items

The top cushion using the zip (1)
Heart balance cushion (2)
Small support cushion (4) position where required    
Infra red lumber cushion (6)
Infra red shoulder/neck cushion (7)

Connecting the cables
There are four cables protruding from the side of the massage system
Cable 1
A colour coded (white) cable that you connect to the infrared lumber cushion (6)
Cable 2
A colour coded (yellow) cable that you connect to the infrared shoulder /neck cushion  (7)
Cable 3
A cable with a multi pin connector that you connect to the digital hand control
Cable 4
The remaining (power) cable connects to the 12v transformer. Connect the mains plug lead to the other end of the transformer.  Finally connect the plug into a suitable power supply and switch on.

Complete instruction for use are in a laminated format and will be supplied with the Personal system.

The procedure for returning items under warranty
The seal on the zip restricting internal access to the Pro Personal Massage System must be intact for the warranty to be valid. In the event of a fault occurring with your Pro Personal System please contact Cyclo-ssage Ltd. We will then ascertain if you need to return a part or all of the Massage System to Cyclo-ssage Ltd. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to be inspected by Cyclo-ssage Ltd to the address below. Cyclo-ssage Ltd will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the faulty items and the decision to repair or replace any faulty items will be at the sole discretion of Cyclo-ssage Ltd. Cyclo-ssage Ltd will then be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the customer to any U.K. address. Items returned under warranty from outside of the U.K. will be dealt with on an individual basis please contact us for details.
